Welcome to our site! The Gabriel Project is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping children dying of heart disease from Third World countries where such surgery is not possible. In addition, The Gabriel Project helps critically ill children in the United States with a grant to help offset medical costs. Many Gabriel Project students participate in AOS (Animals on Safari) collecting good to new stuffed animals to send to U.S. children's hospital wards with over 850 stuffed animals mailed to date. Join us for a night to remember as we celebrate 15 years of The Gabriel Project and recognize some very important people who have been there along the way. The Albano Family: Family with a heart. This special 4 member family has been active participants since the beginning taking in our first girl, Hadija Hussien for two months when she became very ill here and needed more surgery. Sadly youngest son, Michael, was killed in 2001 by a drunk driver, but was a very active in The Gabriel Project.

Jackie Gavigan: VP VID Board of Education: Board member with a heart. Jackie helps and works at every project event.

Minotola Bank: Bank with a heart. Has been a sponsor for 14 years!

Frank Guaracini, Jr.: Philantropist with a heart. Local businessman who helps out and supports as many charities as he can.

The Pediatric Nurses at Deborah Hospital: Nurses with a heart. A group of six women who have been caring for our patients for the last 11 years!

Brad Harrison, Angel Santiago, and Evan Herring: Students with a heart. Three former students who gave above and beyond while students and stayed active after leaving my classroom.

The Kezjman Family: Local business with a heart. They own the Ramada Inn and have donated to the project for years. They always house our children whenever we need them.

Kamar de los Reyes and Sherri Saum: Actors with a heart. Actors who not only gave of their time and resources but of their hearts as well traveling to Tanzania to become actively involved in the project.

Congressman Frank LoBionod: Politician with a heart. Has been a support of The Gabriel Project for years.
